Women’s Basketball Team Headed to Division III Final Four

For all NCAA fans we’re well into March Madness. And here at MSU our own Red Hawks have been dominating the NCAA Division III tournament. With impressive victory after victory they have earned their 3rd state conference championship and spot in the NCAA Final Four.  After wins over Bowdin College and Salisbury University, the Red Hawks are headed to Coach Karin Harvey‘s  home state of Michigan to continue their race to a NCAA title.  The Red Hawks fly into the Final Four with momentum after the 68-44 blowout victory over Salisbury University on Saturday March 14th. Seniors Janitza Aquino and Melissa Tobie, who ended the last game with a double double, will lead MSU to face off against George Fox University on March 20th  in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for a chance to play in the Championship the following Saturday.

Wired Jersey will be there to bring you full coverage. And we encourage all students to show our Red Hawks support.
