What Is Pretty Girls Sweat?

In the 21st century, people have found it rather important to exercise and take care of their body. No matter what age, people enjoy doing it with those who have the same ambition as them to get in shape. The same can be said about the students here at Montclair State University.

In 2011, an organization by the name of Pretty Girls Sweat emerged as part of the “Let’s Move” fitness campaign created by First Lady Michelle Obama. This movement has spread to college campuses nationwide and we’re lucky to have one chapter here at Montclair State University. We sat down with some of the ambassadors here at MSU to get more insight on what Pretty Girls Sweat is and what they hope to achieve going forward.
