Shocking accounts of police brutality have made headlines over the past year. Tension between the police and the people they are swore to protect is building in many city across the country. With the shooting deaths of Tamir Rice, Mike Brown, and most recently Walter Scott, anger and fear have result is protest both peaceful and violent.
