Riding Along with MSU’s EMTs

Training to Save Lives

Montclair State University EMS is operated by volunteer students, faculty, and staff who provide 24 hour/7 day coverage throughout the entire year. The organization prides themselves on their training department that prepares the students to not only pass the state EMT test, but to provide exceptional care. MSU EMS has recently announced that two members have passed their NJ EMT exams and are now certified as NJ EMTs. Montclair State students, Emily Adams and Mike Orokos, are celebrating their accomplishment and their promotion to the rank of EMT. With this passing, the MSU total EMT rank has increased to 26, with just 3 more students waiting to get their results back.
