Analysis of the American Democracy Project

Host, Todd Kelshaw, is joined by Shivaun Gaines, MSU’s Director of Government Relations; Dr. Jack Baldwin-LeClair, faculty member and Chairperson of MSU’s Department of Political Science and Law as well as the Chair of the American Democracy Project Steering Committee; and Dr. Rose Mary Howell, MSU’s Dean of Students and long-standing member of the American Democracy Project Steering Committee. Together, they reflect on MSU’s 2013 celebration of Constitution Day, and look ahead toward upcoming programming of the campus’s American Democracy Project.

Featured in this episode of Carpe Diem, are videos from the events that occurred throughout the day on Constitution Day, including some insight from a panel moderated by Political Science and Law faculty member Dr. Ian Drake, featuring MSU students Deborah Cubias, Kamila Kolodnyskaya, Jonathan Maiorano, and Melissa Zuniga.
